NEWSAT LTD is an e-shop, available in Bulgarian on the site https://shop.newsat.eu/, through which Consumers have the opportunity to conclude sales contracts and to receive delivery of the goods offered by NEWSAT LTD. The services provided by the Platform are intended for legal persons. All Third Party Sites that may be accessed through the Website are independent and the Company assumes no liability for damages and losses incurred by the Consumers as a result of the use of those Sites. The site owner is not responsible for the content on third-party sites, as well as for the presence of viruses and other harmful components of those sites. ORDERS
Consumers use the interface of the NEWSAT LTD website to enter into contracts for the sale of the products offered by the NEWSAT LTD in the online store. The contract for the sale of goods is considered to have been concluded from the moment of its submission by the User through the website of NEWSAT LTD. In order to place an order, the User needs to select one or more goods offered on the website of NEWSAT LTD, he must add the same to his list of goods for purchase through the virtual button "Add to Cart". It is necessary for the User to provide the details of the delivery and then to confirm the order through the interface of the e-shop. When placing an order, the User receives an email confirmation that his / her order has been accepted.
By clicking on the virtual button "Order", having the power of written confirmation of the General Terms, the User makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature, declaring that he is familiar with the General Terms, accepts them and undertakes to obey them. By recording it in the appropriate medium on the server of NEWSAT LTD, by means of a generally accepted standard for conversion in a technical way, which makes it possible to reproduce it, the electronic statement becomes an electronic document within the meaning of the cited law. NEWSAT LTD may store in the log files on the server of the site, as well as the IP address of the User and any other information necessary for its identification and reproduction of its electronic statement for acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in case of legal dispute. NEWSAT LTD has the right to collect and use information about the Consumers in connection with their order. The information by which the person can be identified includes the name, surname, address, telephone number, as well as any other information that the person voluntarily provides when ordering through the site for the purpose of receiving the goods ordered. The information also includes any other information that the User enters, uses or makes available when ordering the goods offered by NEWSAT LTD.
PRICES
The prices of the goods offered in the online store are those indicated on the website of NEWSAT LTD at the time of ordering, except in cases of obvious error. The prices of the goods are indicated in the currency indicated on the website of NEWSAT LTD and include VAT, in cases where it is charged. The goods are billed exclusively and only in the currency indicated on the website of NEWSAT LTD. Invoices are issued only in the name of the person who placed the order. Prices for our goods are subject to change without notice.
NEWSAT LTD reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part or content thereof, without notice.
NEWSAT LTD shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the Service.
NEWSAT LTD reserves the right to change the prices of the goods offered in the online store at any time and without notice, as such changes will not affect orders already made.
NEWSAT LTD may provide discounts on the goods offered in the online store in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation and rules set by NEWSAT LTD The rules applicable to such discounts are available at the place where the discount is displayed. Discounts can be provided in various forms - promotions, loyalty discounts, provided individually or as a result of participating in a competition or client survey.
Different types of discounts cannot be combined when ordering and purchasing the same product.

PAYMENT
When the Consumer returns a product with a right to a refund for whatever reason, the price subject to the refund shall be reduced by the value of the discount received, applied to the goods plus the cost of sending and returning the goods and only the price actually paid the amount is refundable.
The consumer can pay the price of the goods ordered by cash on delivery. The consumer must pay the price of the items ordered, together with the delivery price of the courier upon receipt of the goods.
SHIPPING
The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by a courier licensed operator, to an office specified by the User, or a delivery address on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery is at the expense of the User. Before sending the ordered goods, NEWSAT LTD has the right to contact the User on the phone specified by him in order to specify details of the order and / or delivery.
In case of loss of the goods upon delivery, the User has the right to send him another product or to be reimbursed the price of the goods.
NEWSAT LTD shall not be liable for failure to fulfill the order in cases where the User has provided incorrect, incomplete and / or inaccurate personal data, including when he has provided an incomplete, incorrect or fictitious address or telephone.
Delivery is made within the time limits described under each delivery option in the order interface module. In exceptional circumstances, NEWSAT LTD reserves the right to extend the delivery time by informing the User in due time.
The ordered goods are delivered for signature, with larger shipments (at the discretion of the licensed carrier courier) delivered to the entrance of the building.
The consumer is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, and to notify the courier immediately in case of any discrepancies, defects and damages. If the User does not do this, the delivery is accepted without objection.
If it is impossible or difficult to serve personally at the address, the parcels are served as follows:
to business address - to the person with the place of work of the address, indicating the name of the person who received the consignment;
for home address - to a household member, indicating the name of the person who received the shipment.
If it is not possible to deliver the shipment, which is not due to the fault of NEWSAT LTD or the courier, the person making the delivery shall call the contact phone specified by the User in order to specify from which office of the courier the User can receive the shipment.
In the event of failure to contact the Consumer, the distance sale contract is automatically terminated and NEWSAT LTD is released from its obligation to deliver the goods ordered.
In the case of international deliveries, the rules for the delivery and receipt of consignments to the relevant national postal service and to the relevant national law of the country in which the recipient of the goods is located shall apply.
All import taxes and duties on importation of the goods are at the expense of the User. The consumer cannot claim a refund if he has refused to pay the import duties and taxes or receive the shipment.
WARRANTY
The products offered by NEWSAT LTD have a standard warranty period of 2 years.
DISCLAIMER AND REPLACEMENT
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, without owing compensation or penalty within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the User or by a third party. In order to exercise its right under this clause, the User must notify in writing NEWSAT LTD of his decision to withdraw from the contract, individually identifying the goods by items that he wishes to return by providing all details of the order and delivery, including but not only: content and value of the order, data of the person making the order, data of the person accepting the delivery, and date of delivery. The User is obliged to return the goods on his own account, together with the invoice, by handing them over to NEWSAT LTD or to a person authorized by the company, within 14 days from the date on which the User has exercised his right of cancellation of the contract. In the event that the User fails to fulfill his obligation under the previous sentence without notifying NEWSAT LTD of the delay, and without providing a valid reason for the same, he shall be deemed to have withdrawn his statement for exercising the cancellation of the contract.
The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract if the subject of the contract are: goods made according to individual specifications or clearly personalized; goods that may impair quality; goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and are printed after delivery.
If, upon receipt of the returned goods, they are found to be unsealed and / or broken, in the case of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene and when received the goods are used or used, NEWSAT LTD will have no obligation to refund the price paid to the User.
NON-CONFORMITY
In the event that the Consumer finds a clear non-compliance of the goods with the sales contract, he has full rights to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. The mismatch due to the different color reproduction of the different monitor models, which is the result of common technologies used, is not considered to be material.
UNILATERAL TERMINATION
NEWSAT LTD has the right, at its sole discretion, without giving notice to unilaterally terminate the contract in the event that it finds that the provided services are used in violation of these General Terms and Conditions, the legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria and the accepted moral norms and customs.
NEWSAT LTD shall not be liable for any damages or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content or other transactions made in connection with third-party websites. Please carefully review third party policies and practices and make sure you understand them before engaging in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions about third-party goods should be directed to the third party.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The User undertakes to use the provided access to the services offered by NEWSAT LTD: to comply with the Bulgarian legislation, these General Terms and Conditions, internet ethics, the rules of morality and good morals and customs;

TERMINATION AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL TERMS
NEWSAT LTD is obliged to notify the Consumer of any change in these General Terms and Conditions within 7 days from the occurrence of this circumstance at the email address specified by the User.
In the event that the User does not exercise his right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the procedure set out in these General Terms and Conditions, the amendment shall be deemed to have been accepted by the User without objection.
All issues not settled by these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the effective legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
